Sunset Hill is a lovely home on five private acres belonging to a sweet military family stationed out of state. They have
created their dream home atop of one of the highest hills overlooking the Wimberley valley with a million dollar sunset
view and easy access to the Blue Hole Park hike and bike trail. Come relax with your friends or family in this wellappointed

This spacious home has 4 bedrooms, 4 baths and an open layout living/dining/kitchen area full of windows overlooking
the Wimberley valley and evening sunset. A wonderful deck spans the entire west side of the home where you can
watch the deer graze, the sun set and the stars come out at night. There’s a cozy wood burning fireplace in the living
room for winter nights as well as a large fire ring outside for roasting marshmallows and singing camp songs year ‘round.
Guests also love the propane grill, hammock, horseshoe pits, hilltop breezes and private acreage. It’s the perfect layout
for ladies’ weekends, family gatherings and wedding parties. With four full bathrooms, everyone has ample shower and
mirror space while getting gussied up for that special occasion or for washing the mud off after a tubing trip. There are
three queen beds, a twin bed and a queen sleeper sofa.

Sunset Hill is located on a private, dead end road with lovely homes spaced acres apart. The Blue Hole Park hike and bike
trail is right across the main street with access to the nature trail system, spring-fed swimming hole, playground and
sports courts. It has that wonderful hill country feeling, yet downtown Wimberley is just a mile down the road or the
Blue Hole trail. It’s the best of both worlds!

Out of a respect for our guests, our housekeepers and the environment, we strive to use green cleaning products and
detergents at our home.
